X & Hell + Jakwob

I think by now we can all safely agree that Jakwob can turn anything into gold. I’m not saying the club version of “Jump The Gun” by X & Hell is bad, I’m just saying that Jakwob’s got “The Midas Touch.” His remix was in a promo pack for XnH’s newly revived “Jump The Gun” single release. Their debut album, Million Dollar Sex Party, is over a year old so I’m thinking this might be a promo for their next album? I’m not actually sure, but in any case, enjoy Jakwob’s remix.

A Life Worth Living

(via Claire Sloan [again])

Hot Biscuits’ favorite dubstep producer, Jakwob, sent us a new track . There really isn’t much more to say about Jakwob. His ability to combine melody with that deep wobble bass really shines through on this latest remix. It’s feel-good dubstep if there was ever such a thing. I mean, the vocal melody provided by Alan Pownall is already uplifting, but Jakwob throws some horns on top of them that make it feel so good.
