Aside from the massively huge Halloween show with Chromeo, Crystal Castles and Boys Noize, I think this Basement Jaxx tour stop is going to be one of the biggest shows on the year for Chicago. With supporting acts like MSTRKRFT, Modeselektor, Bald E, Moneypenny and Jordan Z you can’t really go wrong. Also, in case you didn’t know why Jaxx were hitting the tour life again, it’s because they’re promoting their newly released, highly anticipated Scars album. Scars is their newest release since Crazy Itch Radio, which came out in 2006, and features support from the likes of Kelis, Santigold, Yo Majesty, Yoko Ono and many more.
